Although Jesus overturns the money changer’s Table and drives out the animals, his furor is secondarily against the merchants and primarily against those who allow them to set up shop in the first place. In Jesus view, the buying and selling are an affront to God’s honor. Come join us Sunday as we discuss God’s honor and how the temple is rebuilt in three days. Rev. Teresa will explore this story in a sermon entitled “More than We Anticipated” based on John 2: 13 – 22. See you Sunday, in person or online!
