Show Notes

This Sunday, we will celebrate the joy of the resurrection on Easter Sunday morning. We hope you will join us, and invite a friend to come with you!

The Easter sunrise service will take place at 7:30 am in the prayer garden (behind the church, near the Family Promise house). You may want to bring a chair. Thanks to Joey Baker for planning and leading this special service.

The Disciples Men will serve an Easter pancake breakfast in Fellowship Hall from 9 to 10:30 am. Come enjoy delicious food and good conversation. The Disciples Men will collect a love offering to support their work; feel free to contribute if you are able.

Our Easter Sunday worship will start at 11 am in the sanctuary. We will remove the black drapes of Good Friday, bring out the Alleluias we put to bed before Ash Wednesday, and rejoice in the risen Christ! Rev. Teresa and Rev. Diane will share a special joint message, with Sanford Thompson singing. This service will also be streamed on Facebook Live and Zoom.

See you Sunday, in person or online, for this most special celebration!
