This Sunday is Palm Sunday, the day when we celebrate Jesus’s triumphal entry into Jerusalem at the start of the week that would end in his death on the cross. It’s a story told in all four gospels, with some variations. The story in Mark’s gospel is more low-key and unassuming than we are used to – just a simple celebration, followed by a quick visit to the Temple and a night of rest. Rev. Diane will explore this version of the Palm Sunday story in a sermon entitled, “A Humble Parade,” based on Mark 11: 1-11. See you Sunday, in person or online!
